The Women of Pader is a ministry helping women restart their lives after a ravaging 20 year war in Northern Uganda. It promotes empowerment and economic growth in the community. Through The Women of Pader’s Bead Project, women are trained to make jewelry out of handcrafted paper and glass beads. The program employs 125 jewelry artisans and six glass bead makers.
