General Questions

I like to see things before I buy. Do you have brick and mortar stores?

Yes. Each FMSC permanent food packing location has an FMSC MarketPlace, which is open for shopping during volunteer hours, typically Mon-Sat. 9am-7pm. All locations are closed on Sundays.

Are all of the items in your online store also available at FMSC MarketPlace stores located at packing sites?

Inventory varies by location, so we cannot guarantee that every item available online will also be available at your local FMSC MarketPlace store. If you're looking for a specific item, we recommend contacting your nearest location directly to check availability.

Can I go to an FMSC location to shop if I am not volunteering to pack meals?

Of course, we would love to see you!

Do you offer curbside or in-store pick up?

We currently offer in-store pick up at our Eagan, MN location only. 

Are you a Fair Trade Federation member?

Yes. We have gone through an extensive process to become Fair Trade Federation Verified. Our business practices meet the high standards required to be a member of the Fair Trade Federation.

Shipping Questions

How can I track my package?

When your order ships, a confirmation message containing a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, please reach out to our Distribution and Fulfillment Center by email at marketplace@fmsc.org or by phone at 763.267.6313.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes. We offer $5 flat rate standard shipping on all orders, but If you prefer a different shipping method, you can choose from available USPS or UPS services at checkout for an additional fee.

An item from my order was missing or damaged. Who can help me?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our Distribution and Fulfillment Center by email at marketplace@fmsc.org or by phone at 763.267.6313. Our staff will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with every FMSC MarketPlace purchase and we will gladly accept returns or exchange items as needed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Distribution and Fulfillment Center by email at marketplace@fmsc.org or by phone at 763.267.6313.

Order and Product Questions

I would like to send my order as a gift. Is there an option to add a custom note?

Yes. During checkout, there will be an option for you to enter a custom note that will print on the packing slip. FMSC MarketPlace items make great gifts and every purchase supports artisans and feeds kids!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. We have artisan-made gift bags that can be added to select items. A pop-up box at checkout allows you to add this to your purchase. Your item will be placed in the bag before being shipped.

Can I order a large quantity or special order an item?

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes. You can subscribe to receive our Hope Blend Coffee on a schedule that works for you and enjoy discounted pricing with every shipment. Simply choose your preferred delivery frequency, and we'll take care of the rest. Brew with purpose!

If item colors vary, can I request a specific color?

Yes. You can reach out to our customer service team at marketplace@fmsc.org and we will do our best to find you a color or pattern that you like. 

Artisan Questions

How does the FMSC MarketPlace work with artisan partner groups?

The FMSC MarketPlace purchases items from artisans who live and work in communities where FMSC meals are served. Many of our MarketPlace partners are also food distribution partners who operate small business programs to bring sustainable income to their community. Handcrafted items are purchased by FMSC and then sold at FMSC packing sites, MobilePack events and online. MarketPlace purchases support artisans and build communities. Profits go back into our feeding programs and pay for additional meal production.
