General FMSC MarketPlace Questions

I like to see things before I buy. Do you have brick and mortar stores?

Yes, each FMSC permanent food packing location has an FMSC MarketPlace. We cannot guarantee that all FMSC locations will have the items that you see online. Please call your nearest location if you have questions.

Can I go to an FMSC location to shop if I am not volunteering to pack meals?

Of course, we would love to see you!

Do you offer curbside or in-store pick up?

We currently offer in-store pick up at our Eagan, MN location only. We plan to expand this service to include our Mesa, AZ location soon.

I would like to send my purchase as a gift. Is there an option to add a custom note?

Yes! During check out, there will be an option for you to enter a custom note that will print on the packing slip. FMSC MarketPlace items make great gifts and every purchase supports artisans and feeds kids!

How can I stay up to date on the FMSC MarketPlace?

By signing up for FMSC MarketPlace emails! At the bottom of the FMSC home page, you can sign up for email communications and manage your subscription preferences.

Shipping Questions

How can I track my package?

When your order ships, a confirmation message containing a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have trouble locating your tracking number, please reach out to our Distribution and Fulfillment Center by email at marketplace@fmsc.org or by phone at 763.267.6313.

An item from my order was missing or damaged. Who can help me?

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with every FMSC MarketPlace purchase and we will gladly accept returns or exchange items as needed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Distribution and Fulfillment Center by email at marketplace@fmsc.org or by phone at 763.267.6313.

Artisan and Product Questions

How does the FMSC MarketPlace work with artisan partner groups?

The FMSC MarketPlace only purchases items from artisans who live and work in communities where FMSC meals are served. Many of our MarketPlace partners are also food distribution partners who operate small business programs to bring sustainable income to their community. Handcrafted items are purchased by FMSC and then sold at FMSC packing sites, MobilePack events and online. MarketPlace purchases support artisans and build communities. Profits go back into our feeding programs and pay for additional meal production.
