This beautiful, handmade bracelet was created by the Hope Again Women's Project in Rakai, Uganda. The women cut recycled magazines into strips, roll them into beads, and then shellac them. Each bracelet is made from elastic, brightly colored strips of recycled magazine, and small, colored beads.
