When we first met Flavia in Uganda, she was just 3 years old. Her belly was swollen from severe malnutrition. Flavia’s parents died, so her grandmother stepped up. The woman did her best to care for Flavia, but every day was a struggle to provide. Flavia was weak, hungry and fading.

Then they began receiving daily MannaPack® meals. Flavia’s body healed, and she found the strength to laugh, learn and run.

Eight years later, Flavia is thriving. She helps her grandmother, giggles with friends at school and dreams big for the future.
