Coconut Bowl Set
Made in: Haiti
Artisan Group: Vi Bella
Eat out of these or decorate with them! Robensen and his team in South Haiti salvage discarded coconut shells after they have been harvested for coconut meat, milk, and water. They clean, polish, and prepare the coconut shell to be food-safe. The result is a sustainable, all-natural material in which to enjoy your soup, cereal, parfait, or burrito bowl. They also make a great catch-all bowl for keys, jewelry, or change in any room of the house.
Due to the organic nature of these bowls, no two pieces will be alike.
Details: Made by hand in Haiti. Set of two. Sizes vary. Hand wash only. Not dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe. Due to the handmade and organic nature of this piece, slight variations in color, shape, dimension, and texture are to be expected and, as such, are assets of the handmade aesthetic.
