The paper is handmade in the mountains of Haiti, creating life-changing jobs for parents working to keep their children in school. The designs are printed in house by artisans at Rosie's Boutique.
The two signs with words read: "Beautiful things grow here" and " You are worth the quiet moment, you are worth the deeper breath, you are worth the time it takes to slow down, be still and rest".
Rosie’s Boutique was founded by FMSC partner Touch of Hope, which provides quality education and orphan care in Simonette, Haiti.
Each Rosie’s Boutique artisan has graduated from Touch of Hope’s Starfish Program, which provides support, parenting classes and skills training for women at risk of abandoning their children due to extreme poverty.
