Fabretto Beekeeping Program
Fabretto understands the importance of connecting vocational education and on-the-job training. Their technical education program (known as SAT in Spanish) does just that, empowering students to develop and sustain livelihoods that, ultimately, will help them break the cycle of poverty. Through the program's beekeeping initiative, students receive training on the behavior and care of different types of bees, the treatment of the panels, and the process of collecting honey. They are taught valuable skills that help them generate income while learning.
